As a division we:
- Provide investigation of policy 1B.1, 1B.3, and institutional policy 1010 matters.
- Assist the university community with understanding, and application of federal and state laws.
- Monitor recruitment efforts and the progress of campus units toward achieving affirmative action goals.
- Provide training and capacity building opportunities in the areas of equity, inclusion, and Civil Rights Compliance.
- create and support institutional equity and inclusion planning.
